I didn't have much hope for my 27 year old carpet. Two kids, many pets, and years of foot traffic. It came out so much better than I thought it ever could. The hairball medicine my cats got on the carpet, the pet accidents, the general daily grime but it looks amazing. I highly recommend their service. The price was reasonable, the service prompt and courteous.

We heard about Green Clean through a friend. They recommended, having used their services in their own home. We had them come in and clean carpets for two bedrooms and an area rug. When Stefon arrived he was very personable and positive. He asked great questions to help us know what services were available, yet not overwhelming with choices. Very respectful and professional. He used a tool that shows where there are pee stains, which was enormously helpful as I could not see any stains in my carpet but could smell the pee in our room. On the other hand, my daughter's room had a number of visible stains, pee and basic carpet mishaps which were ALL resolved in the first cleaning! We ended up having them come back and clean again because of a residue smell. They have a deodorizer to try. Their customer service was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We will definitely be keeping them as our carpet guys and plan to schedule them for regular cleanings! 100% recommend them if you are thinking of getting any deep cleaning done in your home.
