I didn't have much hope for my 27 year old carpet.  Two kids, many pets, and years of foot traffic.  It came out so much better than I thought it ever could.  The hairball medicine my cats got on the carpet, the pet accidents, the general daily grime but it looks amazing.  I highly recommend their service. Mike came out to clean the carpets last week, and as expected, he did a great job! Very courteous and also wore a mask. I used this company a few yrs back and remembered how pleased I was with their work & how responsive Dave was and is! The carpets look amazing & pricing was competitive. We heard about Green Clean through a friend. They recommended, having used their services in their own home. We had them come in and clean carpets for two bedrooms and an area rug.

When Stefon arrived he was very personable and positive. He asked great questions to help us know what services were available, yet not overwhelming with choices. Very respectful and professional. He used a tool that shows where there are pee stains, which was enormously helpful as I could not see any stains in my carpet but could smell the pee in our room. On the other hand, my daughter's room had a number of visible stains, pee and basic carpet mishaps which were ALL resolved in the first cleaning!
We ended up having them come back and clean again because of a residue smell. They have a deodorizer to  try.

Their customer service was very responsive, helpful, and friendly.
We will definitely be keeping them as our carpet guys and plan to schedule them for regular cleanings!

Excellent carpet cleaning service. I was selling my townhome  and had the carpets cleaned by Green Clean Carpet Cleaning. David was very professional and responsive. He was on time the day of cleaning and did a fantastic job, even removed high traveled spots on stairs and in other rooms. Carpets looked great for showing the place. I highly recommend this company.
